We only accept orders of 200 pounds
(1/2 Angus beef) or more.

We sell our beef exclusively “on the hoof.” This means you reserve a portion of the animal in advance and work directly with the butcher to select your preferred cuts. We’re happy to help you find a butcher in your area.
Once the animal is processed, you pick up your beef from the butcher and pay them directly for the processing.
We deliver free of charge to a butcher in the Albuquerque area or nearby.
