Other Cuts Available: Briskets, Ground Beef, Stew Meat
You may customize your detail orders and 1/8th beef orders by your preferred cuts. All 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full beef orders will contain the descriped cuts based on availability. Steak thickness is 1.5“, Round Steaks 1.0“, Boneless Rump Roast 3-4“, Chuck Roast 3-4 lbs. each. Weights vary per animal. Steaks may be packaged 2 in 1 pack. REQUEST.
